If in doubt, AI integrates nothing

An unreadable field, an unknown reference, an inconsistent amount: the document goes to a human review queue rather than entering the system. No silent integration—that’s what makes automation acceptable for low-margin flows.

Declaration remains with your declarant

We extract and prepare customs data. Submitting the declaration, assessing tariff classification and origin, and liaising with authorities remain the responsibility of your declarant or your RDE. We do not intervene in declarations or your AEO status.

Traceability for every processed document

Original document preserved, extraction timestamped, review decision assigned, integration logged. In the event of a carrier dispute or audit, the full document path can be reconstructed and exported.

Mistral by default, open models self-hosted when volumes or confidentiality require it. Your commercial data and that of your clients never leave France.

The questions that come up during scoping with an operations manager, a transit director, or a supply chain executive.

Yes: via API when the vendor provides one, via EDI for supported flows, via structured file imports otherwise, and via custom development for closed systems. This is addressed in the first workshop, as it defines the truly automatable scope.

It integrates nothing. The document is sent to a human review queue with the reason for doubt—unreadable field, unknown reference, amount or weight inconsistency. An operator resolves it in seconds, and their correction feeds the rules. There is never silent integration: on low-margin flows, one undetected error costs more than ten checks.

We extract and prepare the data: reading customs declarations, invoices, packing lists, consistency checks, and feeding your tools. Filing the declaration, tariff classification, origin, and administrative relations remain the responsibility of your customs broker or RDE. We do not intervene on your AEO status either.

To cover everything the EDI doesn’t—and that’s often most partners. Emails with attachments, PDFs, portals without machine interfaces, small carriers, and occasional clients. We complement the existing EDI; we don’t replace it: that would be a costly project for no gain.

The architecture is sized for peak load, not average: asynchronous queue processing, horizontal scaling, self-host scalable. If volume triples in November, the queue grows longer—it doesn’t break the chain, and priority documents are still processed first.
