Côté Neuf wanted to modernize its brand image through a complete redesign of its site, while meeting very concrete performance and operational challenges. The site needed to better promote the company's expertise in new real estate, improve the user experience, strengthen SEO visibility and facilitate lead generation. At the same time, the management of real estate programs needed to become more fluid thanks to automation logic and a simpler back office for internal teams.

Solution

We have redesigned the entire digital experience of Côté Neuf through a complete design and technical overhaul. The new site is based on a structured Webflow architecture for SEO, with a clearer content hierarchy, better organized pages and more readable paths for prospects.
In parallel, we have set up automations via n8n to simplify the import of real estate programs into the CMS, automatically enrich certain data and optimize the associated visuals. We have also integrated custom real estate simulators to help visitors better plan and support conversion. All of this now allows Côté Neuf to have a site that is more modern, more commercially useful and much easier to maintain.
