Je Rêve d'une Maison wanted to have a dedicated tool to structure its real estate hunting activity. Hunters used different platforms to find goods, then sent them to customers via WhatsApp, making it difficult to track exchanges and decisions.

Scroll's mission was to design a business application that would centralize the search, sorting of goods, shipments to customers and exchanges, while providing a clear framework for the monitoring of real estate projects.

Solution

Scroll has developed a custom web application that allows teams to manage their real estate hunting activity from a single interface.

The tool integrates a real estate search engine connected to an ad API, a personalized alert system, a property qualification space with verification workflows, as well as a system for sending and tracking properties on the client side.

A dedicated interface also allows customers to consult the properties offered, to classify them according to their interest and to communicate with their hunter directly in the application.

The implementation of the application made it possible to centralize the entire real estate hunting process in a single tool.

Hunters now have a structured environment to search for, qualify, and send goods, while easily tracking customer feedback. Exchanges are grouped in the same place, which prevents the loss of information and improves the readability of ongoing projects.

On the customer side, the experience is clearer with a dedicated interface for consulting properties, classifying them and exchanging with their hunter. The whole process is becoming more fluid and efficient.
