The client had started with a prototype on Hostinger Horizons, but hit a wall (product limitations, instability, difficulty structuring the business). Scroll stepped in to rebuild it properly: a modern application, fast to use both in the field and in the office, with a centralized database and automated documents (reports, contracts, quotes, PDFs, signatures).

We designed and developed a custom SaaS application to centralize all activities related to the installation and maintenance of fire safety equipment. The platform manages clients, sites, equipment, and contracts while structuring the tracking of field interventions. Teams can plan, execute, and trace their actions, then automatically generate deliverables (reports, quotes, contracts, PDFs, signature sending and tracking).
The project started with a prototype built on Hostinger Horizons—a solid foundation for testing the concept but insufficient for structuring the business and ensuring data reliability. We reframed the solution around real field processes, simplified the UX to streamline interventions, and rebuilt a robust, maintainable technical base. The result: a resilient application designed to scale and support the client’s growth.
Cindra replaced scattered legacy tools with a single platform, usable both in the office and in the field. The reports, quotes, and contractual documents are generated instantly, which enabled a 40% reduction in administrative time per file. Data (clients, sites, equipment, interventions) is now centralized, reducing duplicate entry and improving traceability.
