How did Scroll support Situation in its rebrand and operation?
The partnership between Situation and Scroll began in December 2021 when Situation asked our agency to redesign their website. Situation is positioned as a first-choice platform for renting filming locations, offering exceptional settings for audiovisual productions in France and Europe. Having already collaborated with audiovisual giants such as Netflix for “Emily in Paris” or BientF1.
Our mission was to modernize the design of the Situation website to match its premium positioning, especially since the company decided to change its name from Elux to Situation, marking a revival. The main difficulty lay in integrating filters allowing visitors to select the filming location criteria they are looking for, as well as setting up forms for booking requests.
For the development of the site, we worked closely with the Situation team using their model as a reference. Scroll took charge of the complete development of the site, opting for Webflow as the CMS, thus offering development flexibility, improved performance and optimal security. The complexity of the project also lay in creating forms to collect reservation requests and venue proposals. In addition, the site has been made multilingual using the Weglot tool to meet the needs of an international audience.
The result of our collaboration with Situation is a modern, functional and multilingual website, fully reflecting its premium positioning. The numerous automations put in place, in particular with the Airtable tool, have made it possible to optimize the reservation and communication processes with the owners of premises. Today, Situation has an intuitive and secure online platform, offering an optimal user experience and meeting the expectations of its customers.
