How Scroll developed a responsive site, simplifying UX for Virgil

Virgil is a real estate co-investment company that wanted to modernize their site. The concept of the business: to be able to make the purchase of real estate accessible to those whose real estate acquisition is limited by the difficulty of obtaining a credit (especially young adults). To do this, they co-invest up to 20% of the purchase price. Virgil and Scroll have therefore joined forces to make their site more dynamic and attractive to their customers.

mission

In December 2021, Virgil contacted Alasta, a design agency partner of Scroll for the design of the models of their future website. Alasta decided to entrust the project to our agency to ensure the development of the site. Virgil's expectations were clear: a site... wants a clean site, explicitly promoting its concept. Their needs are simple: take over the initial site while updating its content.

A clear interface

The site focuses on its design to capture the customer's attention. This very visual interface, alternating between bright yellow, white, black, and white, leaves a great deal of room for aesthetics while highlighting the various themes. Although its visual appearance is neat, the site also has plenty of room to be functional and is quick to load.

An interactive site

Having an animated page allows you to capture the attention of the prospect. Despite its visual simplicity, the brand wants to keep the user's attention while browsing the site. It is from this vision that a changing site is set up.

Everything at the reach of a click (UX)

The site, like Virgil, wants to simplify the user experience of its prospects. Thus, the user has access to everything he needs to know on the first page: a clear explanation of the concept, a questionnaire to define customer needs, customer testimonies (mostly positive) as well as the company's activity are highlighted on the first page. However, the site keeps its fluidity intact and is accessible on any device (responsive).

The redesign of the site was divided into two plans: Alasta took care of rethinking the brand image, while Scroll was responsible for developing the site. The two businesses collaborate in order to offer a model that reflects the brand's image. The graphic charter and the models having been rigorously defined by Alasta, we took up the subject to develop it in the most fluid and functional way.

Feedback

Scroll was involved in the redesign of our Webflow site based on the redesign of the Figma model. The result lived up to our expectations, despite the finesse and originality of the models proposed: I have never made a post-integration recipe so fast! With as a bonus some very relevant suggestions for improvement. Go ahead with confidence, we will be happy to work with Scroll again.
